As the week has progressed the unprecedented demand for our services has increased to a level that is no longer sustainable in our current structure. Prime Consultants Ltd. has immediate stock issues, our team is fatigued and the organization is no longer able to field same day repairs in a consistent manner. In the past this has resulted in the temporary closure of our service intake window (for new work) yet we are cognizant that this alone will not solve the problems we now face.
I would like to reiterate what we have stated on Facebook on the 5th of May, 2020: please be patient with us as we work through each ticket in the order it was admitted. Each and every client is a priority to management, technicians and our leadership team.
Prime Consultants Ltd. is to therefore take immediate steps to add permanent resources, policies, and procedures to stabilize our operation, to return same day service to our clients and resume pick up and drop of service.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank each and every person that has helped make Prime Consultants Ltd. possible. Without the support we have received from clients, friends, family, loved ones and more we would never have made it to where we found ourselves today.
