Following a rush on services which began March 1st of this year, we have documented a noticeable increase in both internal and external item draw. This item draw increased as we entered the summer forcing us to rely on weekly air shipments to continue to stock internal and external technicians whom support or are directly apart of our growing framework. Further, in several instances we also made direct sales to established local businesses here in Bermuda – a monumental increase in turnover.
To continue to support what is occurring we are changing the way we stock repair parts and are in direct consultation with the suppliers to enable more efficient procurement practices.
In the intermediary period we have immediate stock concerns which we are asking for your patience on. This will affect technicians, direct clients, business sales and more but hope to have a long term solution in place for the beginning of September.
