The highest priority of Prime Consultants Ltd. continues to be the health and safety of Bermudian technicians, clients and our community.
We would like to advise clients that our intake process will once again alter as the result of the increasing incidence of covid-19 in the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, France and Spain. From tomorrow onwards all service requests begin and end in the lower lobby entrance of #1 Chancery lane. Clients are to contact us when they have arrived at 333-0557 and an agent will greet you to begin the repair process. This will allow us to stagger our interactions on a “one to one” basis which will limit the potential risks associated with frequenting our establishment.
Our agents will be masked, practice strict social distancing, where required work in effective isolation, regularly take their temperatures, regularly wash hands, and recycle PPE after each “interaction”. It is now mandatory to wear protective face covering in office and should you not have a mask one will be provided for you. Our sanitation procedures occur several times a day and all decisions are made in consultation with current CDC guidance.
